5822 HWY 45 Land O Lakes, WI 54540

WELL ahead of their time. Some time ago a couple of entrepreneurs wanted to develop a water bottling plant in Land O'Lakes WI. This was WELL before the single serve water bottle phenomenon took hold. The demand wasn't there back in the 90's so they let go of their dream. The WELL is still there and old testing data states that the water found here, near the headwaters of the Wisconsin River, is second to none! Located on US Hwy 45, this 3600 ft block building with 480 volt electrical service and a couple of bathrooms is in need of extensive repair. There is an older mobile home on the property as WELL. Looking for an opportunity??? Consider this site for a water plant or perhaps a BREW PUB!!!This will be time WELL spent!!
