ON SUGAR MAPLE RD Phelps, WI 54554

3.4 Acres of Awesomeness! Just like the lake and road name indicates, this parcel is filled with huge Sugar Maples, and it borders the National Forest to the West. There's plenty of flat terrain for building a home or the slight incline would be a great spot for a home with a walkout basement. The lake is crystal clear and 46 feet deep, perfect for swimming or fishing. The eastern shore is mostly undeveloped making this a quiet and peaceful lake. For the big water experience the Lac Vieux Desert boat landing is just up the road. This parcel has been in the family for over 40 years so it's a unique opportunity to enjoy this wonderful property.
