Richelle and Tim Kruse have been practicing real estate for over 27 years. For the last 18 years Richelle and Tim have been one of the top performing Realtors in the Northwoods based on sales volume. Richelle and Tim live in St. Germain and have been married for 26 years. They have a daughter who was a three-sport varsity athlete in high school and is attending Rice University in Houston Texas this fall ('18) and a very active son who plays varsity soccer and basketball as a sophomore at Northland Pines. Other than the children's sports, their family enjoys opportunities to get together and simply enjoy the Northwoods activities (boating, snowmobiling, driving through the fall colors, or just relaxing on our deck or by a campfire).

Richelle has a major from Marquette University in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance and Marketing, along with a minor in Psychology. Richelle knows the Northwoods extremely well as she has lived in the Northwoods her whole life. She enjoys working with buyers and is extremely good at helping them find not just the "things" they are looking for in a house (3 bdrm, 2 bath, etc.), but matching buyers to properties they will love to make their family memories. She has a thorough understanding of the contracts (very important) and with over $160 million dollars of transactions in her career, she can foresee issues that should be addressed up front. She is also excellent at marketing our listings with the best photographs in the business and write-ups that don't just "explain" the property but allow the reader to "experience" property.
Tim majored in Business at Northern Illinois University with a specialty in Sales. He provides over 26 years of experience in sales (most of which is real estate sales). "Sales is easy to understand by simply working hard to diligently service your customers' and clients' needs. This can only be done with communication, honesty, and a focus on detail," says Tim. "There is no better feeling than helping someone buy or sell one of their biggest investments (and often most loved investments)."
