During our initial call or meeting, we'll get to know each other and discuss your goals for acquiring real estate in our area. We'll also take this time to explain how we plan to represent and guide you at every step of the process. You may prefer a Buyer Agency relationship, so be sure to ask about this option. 

STEP 2

Discuss Options

Next, we'll uncover what you're truly looking for and create your ultimate wishlist. This wishlist should include things such as your likes, dislikes, and must-haves so we can begin narrowing down the properties on the market that fit your criteria. When you and your Eliason agent are on the same page, your agent will be able to spot off-market and brand new listings that could be ideal for you!  

STEP 3

Let’s Talk Money

Being open to discuss your financial situation as it relates to your real estate investment goals helps your agent to best assist you in your purchase. That may mean getting pre-approved with a lender for a loan or obtaining a written verification of funds available for your purchase. This preparation will ensure you're ready to present your strongest offer when that perfect  property presents itself. 

STEP 4

Find the One

Once we understand your parameters, we’ll monitor the market and be sure new listings of interest are sent straight to your inbox. After browsing properties online and, together visiting the ones you really love in person, we'll assist you in deciding which property is the one!

STEP 5

Write an Offer

We'll treat you with fairness and honesty, and help you write a strong, attractive offer, which is important in such a competitive landscape. Lucky for you, we're experts in this market and you can count on us to skillfully execute! 

STEP 6

Close & Celebrate

Congratulations! It's time to close on your dream property. On settlement day, the final paperwork is signed, funds are delivered, and the property is officially handed over to you. You'll receive the keys and that's it, you're officially a Northwoods property owner!
