Several area communities will be holding special Veteran's Day ceremonies honoring the veterans in our area. These programs are open to the public.
We offer our sincerest thank you to all the men and women who have voluntarily laid their lives on the line for our great country. You are all heroes in our eyes.
Saturday, Nov. 11, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at Veterans Memorial Triangle.

Saturday, Nov. 11 VFW Post 8637, Eagle River, will be hosting a Pancake Breakfast 8:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m. for the Walter E. Olson Library. The cost is $8.00 and free for children under the age of 10.

Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at 11:00 a.m for the service at the VFW Stateline Post 8400, 6484 US Highway 45 in Land O’ Lakes.
It is also “Chili Day” in the post following the services. The VFW is looking for volunteers to make chili to contribute to the community pot. Leave a message at the post 715-547-3314 if you wish to donate chili.
Monday, Nov. 13 at 10:30 a.m. — 1:30 p.m. in the school's large gym, 4451 Old School Rd. After the program, all are invited to a free lunch in the elementary school cafeteria.
