Looking for a place for Easter Brunch this April 16? As this time of year many hospitality establishments are closed, it took a bit of digging to find out who is hosting the holiday brunch.
In Eagle River, the Eagle Waters Resort has their Easter Champagne Brunch from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. On the buffet tables there will be ham, lamb, shrimp, salmon, prime rib, pasta, vegetables, made to order omelets, waffles, Eggs Benedict, french toast, sausage, bacon, potatoes, salad bar, a dessert table, champagne, vegetarian and gluten-free options and so much more.

The Riverstone Restaurant and Tavern welcomes patrons to enjoy their annual Easter Brunch featuring a wide array of breakfast goodies as well as entrees such as carved Prime Rib, roasted chicken, carved ham, beef tips, a large variety of salads and their 16-foot dessert table plus more!

Over in St. Germain, The Whitetail Inn will be serving their Easter Champagne Brunch from 9:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. They will be serving omelettes and entrees including Belgian waffles, breakfast sausage and eggs, hand-carved roast beef, baked chicken and ham, smoked salmon, shrimp, fresh salads and their dessert station featuring flaming Bananas Foster and cherries jubilee after 1:00 p.m.

Head to Fibber’s in St. Germain for their Easter Brunch Buffet that they will serve from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Watch for further details later.
Mama’ s Supper Club, in Minocqua, will be serving Easter Brunch from 9:30 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Featured on the buffet table will be scrambled eggs. Eggs Benedict, bacon, sausage, cheesy potatoes, ribs, ham, lasagne and much more. Reservations are suggested. Please call 715-356-5070 to reserve your table.
In Arbor Vitae, The Wild Boar will be serving Easter Brunch from 9:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The list of food they are serving is huge and very diverse - for example: Crème Brûlée French Toast with a Blackberry Compote, (2) Varieties of Quiche—Veggie Lovers & Meat Lovers, Seafood Benedicts with a Lemon Chive Hollandaise, Vegetable Primavera w/a Creamy Tomato Vodka Sauce, Chipotle & Honey Roasted Chicken with Fruit Salsa, Tandoori Roast Beast with a Roasted Garlic Whole Grain Mustard Sauce and there are at least 15 more spectacular entrees.
