He has been visiting the Northwoods for 10 years and owned and operated “Serenity Bay Resort” in St.Germain for the last 5 years. In June of 2006 Rick and his family decided to live permanently in the Northwoods. Rick joined Eliason Realty in November 2006 as a Buyer Specialist for the Kruse Team. His approachable personality and keen business sense allows him to help his clients have successful real estate transactions and investments.
Before moving up to the Northwoods area Rick owned a successful building company in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for 20 years. Rick explains, “The experience I gained from my building company helps me everyday in real estate. It gives me the experience to explain homes and their construction.” He also owned and operated “Serenity Bay Resort” in St.Germain and recently converted the resort into condo cabin ownership. His clients normally include second home buyers, commercial buyers, developers and investors.
