Like many people, Chris and his family had always talked about someday retiring in the Northwood's. So, when the opportunity came to become the managing broker for a new real estate office in the area, the Thomas family made the move from Central WI to beautiful Eagle River.
After five years of helping customers find vacant land throughout Wisconsin and the Upper Peninsula, Chris looks forward to sharing his knowledge with those looking to relocate or vacation in the Northwood's - whether they are looking for vacant land to build on, an existing cottage, home or commercial business. With a strong knowledge of northern WI and the U.P. and a broker’s license in each state, Chris can introduce you to the best each has to offer.
A strong believer in planning for the future, Chris has been an investor in real estate and the stock market for over 20 years. This past November, Chris and his wife, Bev, purchased Serenity Books & Gifts, formerly The King’s Bookshelf, a Christian book store located on Wall St. in downtown Eagle River. The store has been a small, but important part of the spiritual community for nearly 30 years, providing Christian books, music, cards, and giftware for all occasions.
