The races consists of, first, an 8 K paddle on North Twin Lake, followed by a 16K bike ride and concluding with a 5K run. Both the bike and foot runs are on mixed surfaces with little or no paved surfaces. A map of the routes is available on line. There is also a link for registration on that page as well as information about the race and the rules.

At the conclusion of the race, there will be an awards ceremony. T-shirts are included in the fee price, however sizes are not guaranteed except for those who pre-registered by August 10.
