Don’t forget that this is Free Fishing weekend. There is no need to worry if a DNR warden will ask to see your fishing license - you don’t need one this weekend. There is open fishing for everyone who wants to wet a line in one of the though sands of lakes and waterways in Wisconsin for Saturday and Sunday. Take the opportunity to take a friend or family member out for their first time and see why this sport is so overwhelmingly popular!
